Urban Strides Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Beyond this period, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to prevent misuse, as we have discovered that some customers purchase items, use them, and then return them for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

To request a refund, email us at info@urban-strides.co.za with your order details. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. This allows you enough time to check for any defects or issues.
